SPARC and Prof. Tim Salcudean (UBC/VPRI Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Advisor) will host Pam Giberson from the NSERC Pacific Regional Office and Jennifer Bean from NSERC Ottawa, as they present information about the recently announced NSERC Alliance grants. Alliance grants encourage university researchers to collaborate with partner organizations, which can be from the private, public, or not-for-profit sectors. Details about Alliance, how to apply, funding options, evaluation process, and more, will be presented, followed by a questions and answers session.
