The deadline for nominations for the Canadian Society of Animal Science Awards has been extended to March 31. Nominations are being accepted for the following:
- Canadian Society of Animal Science Fellowship
- Award for Excellence in Nutrition and Meat Science
- Award for Technical Innovation in Enhancing Production of Safe Affordable Food
- Canadian Animal Industries Award in Extension and Public Service
- Young Scientist Award
- Honorary life membership
