Proof-of-Principle 2023: The Microbiome and Precision Nutrition
The Proof-of-Principle 2023 program will support high-impact translational or interventional research that seeks to understand and leverage the influence of the microbiome on health. This specific call for applications focuses on the role of the microbiome in precision nutrition.
Funding Available: Up to $300K per project over up to 30 months.
Competitive Projects will:
- Leverage the microbiome to maximize the benefits of nutrition in people.
- Evaluate microbiome heterogeneity and how it impacts nutrient metabolism in people.
